Delivery Requirements

Important: All weight loss medications require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to deliver your package, we will:

  • Leave a delivery card with collection instructions
  • Attempt redelivery on the next business day
  • Hold the package at the local depot for 7 days
  • Contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time
